Yep that is me a loser... I have lost... not my mind its been gone for years now... I started my diet 2 weeks ago and have already lost 5 pounds, its wonderful, I feel better since I have been eating better... I am proud of myself, I am 5 pounds closer to my goal weight... I really hope I can stick with it and not get discouraged... That is my problem, low confidence and esteem cause me to get discouraged and upset easily... I CAN DO THIS!!! I KNOW I CAN!!!

That's great Heather! You CAN do it. Maybe I should jump on the bandwagon too, I've gained back what I've lost. :(
Keep up the good work!
Big Hugs,
Debbie

My daughter and I have been working hard for 2 years to lose weight. She has lost 40lbs. and I have lost 25lbs.
My daughter's name is Sarah and she says she is rooting for you.
Have a great day!!!! Sue :)
Congratulations on your losing achievement! You CAN do it! (Spoken from experience -- I have successfully lost 30 pounds or more on the WW plan THREE TIMES in my lifetime). I'm rootin' for ya, lady.
The first five pounds are always the easiest, and the next five are the hardest.
Keep going! You're doing great! :D
Yes, I know you CAN and WILL continue with your diet to lose the pounds and REACH YOUR GOAL!!!

Thanks Everyone so much... I just need to keep my confidence up and if I have a bad day with eating or stress, no biggie... As Dory says just keep swimming, swimming, swimming... :D Your positivity will help me as well
((((((((((HUGS TO YOU ALL))))))))))
Congrats!!!
My sister actually lost well over 100 lbs since last April from diet and exercise. If she (a BIG eater and choco-holic) can lose that much in a year, I have every faith that you'll be able to reach your goal! ;-) Keep it up and just remember to take it one day pound at a time. ;-) (And NEVER get discouraged by hitting a plateau... they're going to happen no matter what you do.). ;-)
